1. Wait 20 seconds after starting up until the blue light stops flashing before cleaning - the robot needs 20sec to detect the glass plane.
2. Use the safety rope when using for high altitude cleaning to prevent falling.
3. Spray some water on the edge of the Mop to begin.

We offer a 3 year warranty for the robot. If there is any damage, we will send you the parts for for free along with the installation video.
